Grave Digger Skull Handbag [BLOOD]

I really love this handbag, it is unquie and very pretty but after only three weeks of very minimal use the hinge where you open the lid of the bag has cracked completely as the hinge is really not fit for purpose. I have only opened and closed the lid to put things in the bag and it has cracked to the point it is basically unusable and customer service has advised this is my fault due to my use of the bag. You cannot open the lid of the bag very far at all because the hinge is made of such unflexible material, which to me is an issue with how the product has been made, not my use of it as you obviously need to open a bag to put things in it. The hinge of the lid needs to be better made if it will crack like that after only being opened and closed carefully a few times. The zip is also very stiff.
