Im really sad because i saved for a couple of months to get those boots. I’m 5’2ft and i weight 150lbs, as soon as i got them i couldnt even try them, the width of those shoes is incredibly small, in the website they never specify the measurements of the width of the shoes. I contacted customer service and they INSIST the boots are universal width so if i wanted a refund I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING, which is half of the price of the boots
