Pre-order Delivery

Products will ship in alignment with the dates advertised on the product page. Any changes will be communicated via email to the provided address during checkout. A flat shipping fee per item will be applied at checkout, in addition to any eligible shipping fees for your order: Domestic DE €6.99 per item, EAA €9.99 per item & International €19.99 per item.

Package Protection

Extended Returns

Orders placed from 17th October 2025 until 23rd December 2025 are eligible for an extended return timeframe for store credit or exchange only.  You can return items purchased within these dates up until 31st January 2026.

Standard Returns

 You have 14 days* from the date you received it to pop it in the post and send it back to us for a refund, store credit or exchange.

When we receive it back to our warehouse we aim to process within 5-10 days from date of receipt.
