"A lovely top with pretty embroidery and constructed out of sumptuous velvety fabric. It finishes at the waist, so it pairs nicely with high-waisted skirts or trousers. My only complaint is that the elastic in the puff sleeves can be a little uncomfortable because it is a tad snug."
