Good quality and big enough to carry everything you need to go outside! I don't think an iPad will fit, but other smaller tablets will. It has two inside pockets (one with zipper and the other one without) and three outside pockets (two on the sides without zipper and the large front one with zipper).

Wanted a new bag that was roomy but also not too huge. This was perfectly roomy with some nice pockets inside. My only cons with this bag is that it gets dirty easily and the zippers suck and are poor. Stubborn to open sometimes which is annoying. Straps were confusing to put on as I've never seen the straps not already on the bag.
