great to enhance dresses
"Great waist belt to spice up staple clothing pieces. Looks very nice with dresses. I like the different textures of the velvet and pleather on front. You can also wear it in two different ways: With the curved part up (so the stripes make a V) or the curved part down (stripes like ^). I personally prefer to wear the curved part down for most of my outfits as it usually fits better even though the product photos show it the other way. There is an elastic part and several rows of buttons, so the size is adjustable. What I don't like is the inner lining of the front part: It's also pleather Since it sits snug to the body, I've noticed that it makes the area very sweaty. That added to the smooth surface can make the belt also slide a bit, depending on the fabric worn below it. I wish that part was a little bit more breathable or at least had a different fabric. I also have doubts about the longevity, since pleather tends to disintegrate quickly. This will only be worse with the sweat and friction around the waist."
