"This is more for the customer service I experienced, and not the item itself although it does run small. I sent this back for a refund, it was delivered by the carrier and I have a screenshot confirming it was delivered to Killstar. Weeks pass and I don’t hear anything. I send them an email, they say they looked for it but don’t have it and that I can send an email to the carrier saying it was lost. Uhh, no. It was delivered and it’s not my fault they lost it. As this item was not cheap, I need my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Not only has the quality of the items gone down, so has the quality of customer service. They could issue the refund, they just don’t want to. As a long time customer, I think this is the final straw and I will not be shopping here anymore."
