Impossible to use

"At first, I thought I had received a damaged product because it looks like a twist-up pencil, but the tip doesn’t twist at all so you cannot get the product out. Customer support told me, “You can sharpen this with a cosmetic sharpener or normal pencil sharpener. ” but the pencil body is made of hard plastic, and none of my cosmetic sharpeners can sharpen it properly. It just creates a huge mess instead."

"Shockingly good - bought same from beauty brand and this one is miles better. Smooth on, long lasting. Only thing Id say is be gentle with the pencil as when I first used it, the sharpened bit fell off straight away. Since I sharpened it, it works great."
