Start by outlining your lips with the liner, following the natural shape of your lip line.
For added definition, slightly over line your lips, focusing on the cupid's bow and corners.

Impossible to use

"At first, I thought I had received a damaged product because it looks like a twist-up pencil, but the tip doesn’t twist at all so you cannot get the product out. Customer support told me, “You can sharpen this with a cosmetic sharpener or normal pencil sharpener. ” but the pencil body is made of hard plastic, and none of my cosmetic sharpeners can sharpen it properly. It just creates a huge mess instead."
