This vest is lighter than I expected, but I guess it will be great to wear in summer, too. It's also short, more like a croptop vest.
I got a size XS, so it won't work too well with a thicker blouse or sweater. Size up if you plan on wearing this over multiple layers or have a bigger chest and especially if you want to button it up.
I love the print on the back and the star buttons!

I love Killstar vests and I already have 5 of them in my wardrobe but all of them have the same problem - a bigger size means just a wider vest, not longer. I wear size L because I'm tall (6.0.) and it means my whole body is long but when I order L or XL, I always get something that's wide and short so it doesn't look like on the model where the vest reaches almost to the navel, on me it's 3 inches above and looks ridiculous.

The look and feel of this vest is amazing, top notch quality design and buttons and fabric, the problem is the sizing. I am returning and exchanging for yet a bigger size. Im normally a size small and wear a size xs, small or medium in all other killstar tops. I originally ordered this in a size small as the model is the same height as me 5’3” and appears about the same build give or take. It wouldn’t even come close to buttoning even if I corseted and was much shorter and snug than the models fit, so exchanged for a medium and the medium was literally the same size as the small, fit exactly the same and couldn’t button. Im going to probably try ordering an xl. For reference my measurements are 35 inch bust, 26 waist, 38 inch hips.
