"I wanted this coat for a while and when it went on sale I snapped it up. So glad I did - it’s spooky good. It’s not very thick so it’ll be good for when it’s warmer weather. And will fit a jumper underneath for when it’s cold."

To expensive for a return exchange

"I love the jacket but needed a smaller size when I went to go return it. This website doesn’t give you a return label so you have to pay out-of-pocket post office one at $40. Which would’ve been a half of the amount of the jacket so I said forget it. I’ll just donate the jacket. I have. I love the website, but I won’t be shopping there no more cause for that price for a return . crazy"

"Got loads of compliments on this coat already and only worn it a couple of times! Detail is subtle but makes it stand out and the colour is lush. I usually wear an 18 on top and bought a 2XL after checking my measurements and it fits great. only complaint is that it's not ever so warm - the boucle material is quite thin especially given the price, so best to wear with layers."

Beautiful but flawed

"I like this coat for the most part, but two things were disappointing: first, the shoulders are weirdly rounded which makes the coat look quite boxy. Second, one of the front pockets has a hole, and straight out the bag! I’ll have the sew it up myself, but I think it’s pretty lame that KillStar sends out clothes that have holes in them…"
