Took time to break in, but very comfertable even with the height of the heel.
When I orginally bought these the heel on the left shoe began to squish.
Killstar sent me a replacement pair promptly which I was delighted about and i havent had issues with the new pair!

Comfy and runs true to size

So, I got the chance to wear these boots only three times however, I can say they were surprisingly light and comfortable. The lace is indeed too long, but i wrap it around my ankles and then tie it ( also adds a bit of extra support).
Now as I said , I only got to wear them 3 times. However I noticed that the fabric is too stiff, so when i have to go down the stairs, the region around my ankle gets hit by the fabric and on one leg, i even got a tiny bruise from that.Also, despite only wearing them 3 times, the fabric already creased a bit.
As my feet are rather on the smaller side, I also added an extra sole inside them to prevent my feet from constantly moving and creating blisters.
As pretty and empowering as they are, the boots are definitely not for long walks or for daily wear ( or at least, I would not use them for such tasks), therefore 4 stars. I would have given rather a 3.5 , but sadly there isn't the option.

They make me so tall!! I love these shoes. I wanted them for a really long time and I was finally able to afford them.
