As someone with almost no discernible waist and smaller hips (inverted triangle), purchasing high waisted garments is always a gamble. I figured since these were leggings they would have stretch and could work, but because the waist band is structured to look like a denim pants (belt loops, the folded/stitched top) it has ZERO stretch to it. It zipped, but pinched and was unflattering, meanwhile everything below the waist was a smidge too large so sizing up for the waist to fit would result in baggy legs. I’m returning them unfortunately.
