Killstar Sent Me an XS. . I ordered a 3XL
"I was looking forward to trying our KillStar bras. Im a VS loyalist and was skeptical but the design is cute so I decided to give it a chance. I ordered a 3XL, like I do with everything I buy on this site and I received a XS. I spoke to someone at KillStar and was told to mail the item back, pay for it myself and then see if they would make it right. EXCUSE ME? So the company made a mistake and tbe customer has to pay for it? After I just spent $100 on my order that took 2 whole weeks mind you. I have ordered from KillStar for many years, since the early days when the brand was just starting to build momentum. Over the years I have ordered so many pieces and I have spend thousands of dollars. The quality of fabrics, craftsmanship and customer service has reached Shein levels of bad. Sadly Im afraid this will be my final purchase unless someone from the company wants to make it right-Ill be spending my money with companies who value their customers and show it by providing excellent customer service and producing quality items built to last. Ill pay whatever for quality and Killstar USED to be it. Hope they find their way back because this ain't it."
