Ruched, puffed, and printed all over. The Stellar Hour Midi Dress takes lightweight viscose and shapes it with a ruched bust, tie detail, short puff sleeves, and a fitted waist that flows into an A-line midi. Side-seam zip for a clean closure.

"I'm 5'4" & wear an 18/20 US. I have very large upper arms so I'm always concerned with that, but this dress fits comfortably! Pansies are my favorite flower & it's so rare to find anything with them on. The only reason it's down a star is I wish the fabric had slightly more stretch."

"Everyone loved it! I wore this dress to my big 40th birthday party, with the Wanda harness and fishnets. It looked so good, super cute and I got a lot of compliments. I haven't worn a dress in years, but im glad I bought this one. So pretty. The only thing I would of liked more , if it had elastic under the chest area because that's where it gets tight. True to size but if your hips are wide or a bigger chest. I would go I size up just because of that."

"The fabric of the dress is very soft and good quality. I loved it. It's quite lightweight and perfect for the heat where I live. The only thing that didn't fit me well was the bust and shoulders. It's quite wide and the top part slips down. I think the tie design around the edge would have been functional if it were adjustable."

"The dress and print is beautiful, but it could have been done better. The shoulders has no stretch, the ribbon in front is sewn on while it could have been used to tie the shoulders to a custom fitted size. I had to size up for the shoulders, which made the waist too big. I think I'll but some lacing in the back to make it fit better. Other than that, I love this dress."
