"The bag itself is a great size and shape, and very comfortable on the shoulder. It looks fantastic with a casual outfit, or dressed up a bit. I do wish it had an internal zippered pocket (but knew it didn't from the photos). The reason for knocking off 2 stars, is because of the zipper- I almost returned this bag because the zipper would NOT zip back closed. I'm not sure if it's a poor quality zipper, the specific one I got is faulty, or if the shape of the bag creates an issue with it closing back up. It's definitely not an easy in and out type of bag- it takes both hands and some back and forth zipping to get it to close. That part alone is pretty annoying, and I'm unsure whether time will break it completely, or help it to move better."
