It has a zip but if you took one size bigger it fit without open the zip and you can make the waist smaller with a belt or harness โค๏ธ"

"cute and flattering cut and fit, but looks and feels like a costume dress. thick and lined as well. i love the color but am not the biggest fan of the seam around the shin area going around the dress, wish they didn’t do that. also as a standard- i’m usually a l-xl in all other stores, but here you have to size up. i got a xxl and it fits."
