Killstar VIP T&Cs

KILLSTAR VIP is our free loyalty programme and our way of saying thank you to our community. Every purchase you make, review you leave or friend you refer earns you rewards, which you can redeem for money off your orders. The more you shop, the higher you rise through our three tiers, Initiate, Familiar and Oracle, unlocking faster points and more exclusive perks along the way. Begin as an Initiate. Rise to Oracle.

Points and Tier System

Points are automatically awarded and can be tracked on the KILLSTAR VIP page when you're logged in. The number of points you earn depends on your tier: Initiate members earn 1 point per €1 spent, Familiar members earn 1.25 points and Oracle members earn 1.5 points. There is a 14-day pending period before points from purchases are approved and available to redeem. Points will be deducted for returned items.

Your tier is based on your spend over the last 12 months. Everyone starts in Initiate. Spend €175 within 12 months to reach Familiar, or €450 to reach Oracle.

Tier Benefits

Initiate members receive 1 point per €1 spent, a 100-point birthday reward (€5 off), early access and sneak peeks, and exclusive offers.

Familiar members receive 1.25 points per €1 spent, a 400-point birthday reward (€20 off), a 50-point level up reward, a €20 anniversary reward (on orders of €60 or more), early access and sneak peeks, and exclusive offers.

Oracle members receive 1.5 points per €1 spent, a 600-point birthday reward (€30 off), a 100-point level up reward, a €30 anniversary reward (on orders of €90 or more), a VIP annual gift, early access and sneak peeks, and exclusive offers.

To receive your birthday reward, log in on the KILLSTAR VIP page and add your birthday on the Birthday Reward tile in the Ways to Earn section.

Earning and Redeeming Points

Place orders either logged in or logged out to earn points. Points will be attributed to the email you checked out with. To claim points from previous purchases, you will need to be logged in to an account with the same email address you placed your order with. Points are earned on all eligible orders placed on our website, including those paid with Shop Pay and the Shop app. While no points are awarded when paying with a gift card, you do earn points for purchasing gift cards.

Every 100 points = €5 off, up to a maximum of 2,100 points (€105 off). To redeem, log in and go to checkout, where you can choose your reward from the drop-down menu. Your reward will be applied as a unique discount code. Only one reward can be used per order, and rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Referrals

Refer a friend and you’ll both be rewarded. Your friend receives €10 off their first order of €75 or more, and you receive a unique €10 off code to use on an order of €75 or more for every successful referral. Referred friends must be first-time KILLSTAR customers.

Customer Engagement and Reviews

Share your experiences by submitting product reviews through email invitations to earn additional points. Reviews submitted directly through the website or app do not qualify for points. Points are awarded upon review approval and increase with accompanying photos or videos.

Expiration and Exclusions

Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned. Please note that shipping charges and taxes do not count towards eligible point values. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are not eligible for reward points. These marketplaces include, but are not limited to, TikTok Shop, eBay and Amazon.

Opt-Out and Amendments

Customers can opt out of KILLSTAR VIP at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to amend the programme, remove customers or withdraw the programme without prior notice in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

Automatic Enrolment and Sharing

All KILLSTAR customers are automatically enrolled in KILLSTAR VIP. Rewards and points cannot be transferred or shared between customers or stores. Redeemed rewards cannot be refunded for points.

Terms and Conditions

• Our loyalty programme launched on 22 March 2024. Activities before this date do not qualify for points.
• On 5 November 2026, our loyalty programme was refreshed and renamed KILLSTAR VIP. All existing members, points balances, points expiry dates and qualifying activity have carried over.
• When KILLSTAR VIP launched, every member was placed into a tier based on their spend over the previous 12 months, with a new 12-month tier term starting early November 2026.
• The monthly prize draw ended on 5 November 2026.
• Points are automatically awarded and can be tracked on the KILLSTAR VIP page. (You will need to be logged in to see your points.)
• Points are earned at 1 point per €1 for Initiate, 1.25 points per €1 for Familiar and 1.5 points per €1 for Oracle.
• There's a 14-day pending period before spending-based points are approved and available for redemption.
• Points for other activities (birthday, level up, social follows etc.) are awarded right away. Review points are awarded once the review is approved.
• Points will be deducted for returned, exchanged or cancelled items. Partial refunds only remove the points for the refunded amount.
• As of 23/09/2025, account holders and guests can earn points when placing orders.
• If a customer has checked out as a guest, they will need to log in to or create an account with the email address they purchased with to claim the points earned.
• Points are earned on all eligible orders placed on our website, including those paid with Shop Pay and the Shop app.
• Points can only be earned and redeemed on the regional website that ships to the customer's location (eu.killstar.com for the EU).
• Ways to earn: placing your first order (25 points), subscribing to our emails (25 points, new subscribers only), leaving a review (50 points), adding a photo to a review (15 points), adding a video review (15 points), making 3 purchases (100 points, on orders over €60), following us on TikTok (5 points), following us on Instagram (5 points) and sharing us on Facebook (5 points).
• Points can be redeemed in increments of 100. Every 100 points = €5 off, up to a maximum of 2,100 points (€105 off).
• Only one reward can be redeemed per order at checkout. Rewards can be used on sale or clearance items but cannot be combined with other discount or promotional codes.
• If an order using a reward is returned, the reward will be credited back to the customer's rewards account.
• Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned. Each new order starts a new 12-month period for the points earned on that order only.
• Shipping charges and taxes do not count towards eligible point values or tier spend.
• Tiers are based on total spend over the last 12 months: €175 for Familiar and €450 for Oracle.
• Any changes to tier status are subject to a 21-day pending period from the date of the qualifying purchase. Refunds made after this period are deducted from tier spend and may affect a customer's tier.
• Customers move up a tier as soon as they reach its spend threshold. Each tier lasts 12 months from the date it is reached, and moving up a tier starts a new 12-month term.
• At the end of the 12-month term, customers who still meet the threshold keep their tier. Customers who don't move to the tier their spend qualifies for, which may be more than one tier down.
• Initiate members remain in Initiate until they reach the Familiar spend threshold or opt out of the programme.
• Level up rewards of 50 points (Familiar) and 100 points (Oracle) are awarded once the new tier is applied. Level up rewards apply to tier upgrades from 5 November 2026. Members placed into a tier when KILLSTAR VIP launched do not receive a level up reward.
• Birthday rewards are awarded as points: 100 points (€5 off) for Initiate, 400 points (€20 off) for Familiar and 600 points (€30 off) for Oracle.
• To receive a birthday reward, customers must add their birthday to their account. To do this, log in on the KILLSTAR VIP page, go to the Ways to Earn section and enter your birthday on the Birthday Reward tile. If the birthday falls within 30 days of being added, the reward may take up to 30 days to arrive.
• Anniversary rewards are issued each year on the anniversary of the customer’s account creation as a discount code: €20 off orders of €60+ (Familiar) and €30 off orders of €90+ (Oracle). Anniversary codes are valid for 90 days, can only be used by the customer who received the reward while logged in to their account, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
• Oracle members receive a VIP annual gift towards the end of each calendar year. The gift may change each year. Members must be in Oracle at the time the gift is sent to be eligible.
• Early access, sneak peeks and exclusive offers are offered from time to time around launches and sales.
• Referrers receive a unique €10 off code, valid on orders of €75 or more, for each successful referral. Referred friends receive €10 off their first order of €75 or more and must be first-time KILLSTAR customers or have not ordered from us in over 2 years.
• Referral rewards do not expire.
• Referrals must be made through the referral box on the rewards page or a unique referral link.
• Additional points can be earned by submitting product reviews in response to email invitations. Points are not awarded for reviews submitted directly through the website or app.
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts and can only be used for discounts on purchases.
• All KILLSTAR customers are automatically enrolled in KILLSTAR VIP.
• Rewards and points cannot be transferred or shared between customers or stores.
• Redeemed rewards cannot be refunded for points.
• Customers can opt out of the programme at any time by contacting us.
• Wholesale, trade and staff accounts are not eligible for KILLSTAR VIP.
