The promoter of this promotion is KILLSTAR.
2. Promotion
The โWIN A $/ยฃ/โฌ 500ย KILLSTAR GIFT CARDโ promotion (โPromotionโ) is a free prize draw. One winner will be selected at random for each eligible market.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents aged 18 or over in the eligible territories listed below, excluding employees of KILLSTAR, its group companies, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

4. Entry Period
The Promotion opens at 12:01 PM BST on 27 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 4 September 2026 (โEntry Periodโ).
Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Complete and submit the competition entry form
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
No purchase is necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase an entrantโs chances of winning.
Automated, bulk, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
6. Marketing Communications
Entering the Promotion does not require an entrant to agree to receive marketing communications from KILLSTAR.
Entrants may separately choose to subscribe to KILLSTAR marketing communications. Choosing not to subscribe, or subsequently unsubscribing from marketing communications, will not affect an entrantโs eligibility to participate or win.
Any marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable privacy and electronic marketing laws. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
7. Prize
There will be one winner in each eligible market.
The prize is:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue.
If a prize item is unavailable, KILLSTAR may substitute it with an alternative item of equal or greater value, where reasonably possible.
8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random for each eligible market from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
The random selection will be conducted using a fair and auditable random selection process.
KILLSTAR will retain appropriate records of the winner selection process.
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email using the email address provided at entry no later than 11 September 2026.
Winners must respond within 72 hours of the notification being sent.
If a winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or is unable to accept the prize, KILLSTAR may select an alternative winner.
KILLSTAR will never require a winner to make a payment in order to claim the prize.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with KILLSTARโs Privacy Policy.
Information required to administer the Promotion may be processed for the purpose of managing entries, selecting and contacting winners, verifying eligibility and fulfilling prizes.
Marketing communications will be subject to separate applicable marketing preferences and consents.
11. Disqualification
KILLSTAR reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, attempted to manipulate the Promotion, used automated means to enter, submitted fraudulent information or otherwise acted unfairly.
12. Changes to the Promotion
KILLSTAR will not materially alter the Promotion, its closing date or these Terms & Conditions except where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or where required by law.
Any material changes will be communicated through the official Promotion channels.
13. Social Media Platforms
Where the Promotion is promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or another social media platform, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform.
By participating in the Promotion, entrants release the applicable social media platform from responsibility for the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are subject to the mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable in the entrantโs country or territory of residence.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must sign up to our email database during the entry period and remain subscribed at the point of drawing winners.
