I have both dresses of this material and thought I'd love the top. I probably would if it weren't made for someone with the world's shortest torso. I'm only a C cup and this won't stay down over my chest and in place properly. I honestly don't know what they were thinking but it has to be the silliest thing I've ever seen. Don't but it unless, for some reason, your breasts are located on your collarbone.

Love this print. Cute flowy top. It was long enough on me to also be able to tuck it into a high waisted skirt if I wanted a more synched silhouette.
