I am typically a medium in tops but got a small and it fits perfect. Could even be a smidge tighter. I am 6' tall, 137 lb, 34B for reference. The sleeves are super long, even for me, so I was extra excited about that. It will be perfect and cozy for when the weather gets a little chillier.
